The trailer fence welding workstation customized and developed by SDQY Laser for customers uses 2 sets of 6-axis robots with large arms and 2 sets of servo positioners, and the system control is equipped with a safety fence system and safety protection devices to ensure the safety of operators. Low spatter welding technology, exquisite welding effect, neat and beautiful welding points, fast welding speed, saving labor costs and improving production efficiency.
The whole system adopts digital design and control, which can realize the welding of trailer fences of different sizes, and has the characteristics of high precision, good stability and simple operation.
