Features:
- Complete the welding of LiFePO4 batteries with a diameter of 12mm and a depth of 3mm without damaging the prismatic battery. The materials are aluminum and copper.
- Can weld one 8s (series) module per minute. According to the buyer's requirements, 4s and 16s modules can also be welded, and three-axis adjustments can be made according to the battery size to adapt to different battery sizes.
- After leaving the factory, it does not require any software, mechanical or electrical installation to operate.
- The workbench in the machine consists of three sections: loading section, welding section, and unloading section. Each section has a load capacity of 150 kg, and the total load capacity is 450 kg. The workbench is equipped with a movable system.
- Can operate continuously and stably for at least 16 hours.
- Machine parameters can be encrypted by the buyer.
