Application Of Laser Cleaning In Petrochemical Field

Petrochemical cleaning requirements:

The cleaning technology of petrochemical equipment at home and abroad is mainly divided into chemical cleaning, physical cleaning and environmental protection microbial cleaning technology.

Compared with the traditional cleaning technology in the petrochemical field, laser cleaning technology has the following characteristics:
1) No or only a small amount of solution is needed;
2) There are many kinds of attachments and substrates that can be cleaned;
3) It can effectively remove surface attachments with little damage to the substrate;
4) The cleaning area and quality can be controlled;
5) It can be made portable and has good mobility;
6) Easy to realize automatic operation;
7) The equipment has a long service life, only consumes electricity for operation, and the overall cost is low.

At present, there are few reports on the application of laser cleaning technology in the petrochemical field. As a new technology, the application in the petrochemical field still needs to carry out research on process methods, safety evaluation, equipment research and development, and normative standards.
