The Group Standard Of ''Handheld Laser Welder''jointly Formulated By Qiangyuan Laser Was Officially Released

The group standard of "Handheld Laser Welder" jointly formulated by Qiangyuan Laser was officially released

On April 25, the group standard "Handheld Laser Welder" T/CWAN 0064-2022, jointly formulated by Shandong Industry Research Institute Qiangyuan Laser Technology Co., Ltd., was approved and released by the China Welding Association and will be implemented from June 1, 2022.

The standard was led by  Electric Co., Ltd., with the participation of many companies and scientific research institutions such as Qiangyuan Laser. This standard specifies the product classification, environmental conditions, tests, thermal performance requirements, laser output, safety control, mechanical requirements, radiation safety protection requirements, nameplates, instruction manuals and markings of handheld laser welding machines.

The formulation and release of the standard has played a strong role in promoting the standardized production and application of laser welding machines. In the absence of national standards for handheld laser welding machines, the release and implementation of this standard makes up for the lack of standards, promotes the healthy and sustainable development of the industry, and provides basic application data support for the formulation of national standards.
