1. 2D angle detection, full-directional coverage

This laser cleaning head has an integrated inclination angle sensor, which can detect angle information in two dimensions: pitch angle and roll angle. It can detect angles of positive and negative 180 degrees, covering the posture of the cleaning head in all directions.

 

2. Real-time angle transmission to prevent safety accidents

The sensor detects the angle of the cleaning head in real time and transmits the angle data to the main controller through the communication cable at a speed of 20 times per second. The main controller determines whether the angle exceeds the safe light output angle set by the user. When the angle of any dimension of the cleaning head exceeds the safe angle during the cleaning process, the main controller will turn off the laser within a few microseconds. At the same time, if the current laser cleaning head is in a dangerous posture, accidentally touching the light output button will not trigger the laser output, thereby eliminating safety accidents caused by high-energy lasers in all aspects.

 

3. Visual operation screen, customizable safety angle

The user can observe the current cleaning head angle information in real time on the device display screen and set the dangerous light output angle of the cleaning head, so that the user can understand the posture of the laser cleaning head and customize the personalized cleaning safety angle.
