Technical Principle

 

The core of the 300W pulse laser cleaning machine lies in its pulsed fiber laser technology. Unlike the continuous thermal effect of continuous lasers, pulsed lasers release high-energy peak power light pulses in extremely short durations (nanoseconds). When the laser beam acts on the workpiece surface, the substrate material has high reflectivity for lasers of a specific wavelength (1060-1070nm), while surface contaminants (such as rust, paint, oil, and oxide layers) strongly absorb the light energy.

The entire process ensures that photon energy only acts on the micron-thick contaminant layer by precisely controlling the energy density and interaction time, thereby achieving thorough cleaning of the substrate.

We have two types of beams: Gaussian beam and top-hat beam, suitable for different cleaning needs.

 

  • Gaussian beam: High energy at the center, with smooth energy decay at the edges. Suitable for scenarios requiring gradual cleaning power or demanding fine gradient surface treatments, such as paint removal from precision parts and weld pretreatment.
