Equipment Introduction
This equipment is a robotic automated laser cleaning equipment customized and developed for customers. It is used for laser cleaning operations of 110kV conductive anodized parts. The equipment is mainly composed of a laser cleaning machine, a manipulator, a positioner, positioning clamping tooling, an electric control cabinet, and guardrails. It not only ensures reliable and accurate positioning of the workpiece and meets the automated cleaning operation of the surface oxide layer, but can also be used for various specifications of tanks. Laser cleaning of local surfaces of aluminum, angle aluminum and square aluminum tubes is suitable for rubber molds, rail transit, new energy and other industries.
